Team are encouraged to bring their own small tent or canopy
Each team must select a name and theme (see "photos"
Each team must provide at least 10 gallons of homemade chili, no mixes or purchased chili of any kind. (you can add beans if you like)
Each team must provide a heat source such as gas burners, etc. to keep the chili at a temperature of 140 degrees or higher (Electricity will be provided in a limited quantity this year)
All chili must be covered when not being served
Each team should bring the serving utensils needed to serve the chili, paper towels and hand sanitizer
Individual serving cups, spoons and napkins will be provided to you by the Chili Cook-Off officials
- Each team will need to supply a banner or signage, a table cloth, table skirting and decorations for their booth
Teams may begin set up at 8:00 am
